CallPilot Desktop Messaging

CallPilot 150 V3.1 Voice Mail Version: 31.10.37.22

Using Desktop Messaging Client 2.50 with Outlook 2016 on Windows 10.

Call Pilot Player launches for VM received in Outlook, and all functions work as expected *except* call sender. The call sender button is greyed out. I saw one post that Call Sender is not supported on CP150. Is this true? Is there a setting I need to check/change on the CP150 to get Call Sender to work?
