Callpilot Desktop Messaging

I'm trying to find out if i can download an upgrade to our current callpilot desktop manager for outlook. i'm currently using v2.1 i'd like to know where i can download v4 or anything newer than that. i've tried to find it on the nortel site but i cant. if anyone can point me in the right direction that would be great

Look for Call Pilot and then for sofware releases. You will find the newest version of call pilot Desktop Messging Client there. I have downloaded so I know it's there.

It is backwards compatible.

the desktop client is actually located in the espl...

you'll need a login/pwd from Nortel to access the espl

i have a login for the nortel site, but i get an access denied error msg....

You have entered a valid userid and password, but you are not entitled to access this web application.

so i guess i'm not entitled to anything...i've asked my vendor but they wont return my calls.

It is not in the mpl.


go to the following with your login

On that page you will see the desktop client. All you need is a standard login and password to retreive.
