CallPilot Desktop Messaging with Blackberry 1

I have recently installed CallPilot Messaging. I receive the voice message in my Outlook 2007 inbox and also on my Blckberry. The message plays back from Outlook but not from Blackberry.

Blackberry does support wav but I am not able to open the wav attachemnt to play?

Programs dont usualy open items it cannot support.

What model Blackberry? Try to upgrade to 4.2 firmware or above....they should be able to play wav's.
Best to go to your carriers website and download the software for your model.

Model 8320 - V4.2 will try to upgrade to a higher version

Ok buddy in support has same device, with 4.5....I emailed him a windows wav and worked.

I also read some with 4.2 could not open.
