CallPilot Desktop Messaging Plays 7 Seconds of a Voice Message Then Fails.

We have the latest version of CallPilot client Release 05.00.41.167 running on windows 7. We occasionally have the client fail. When a voice message is opened it plays for about 7 seconds and stops. Subsequent attempts to play it receive a file error. Deleting the user's Windows profile seems to clear the problem. I was wondering if anyone had a more elegant solution. Thanks.
