CallPilot Desktop Messaging: Notification from 2 Voice Mailboxes?

Is there a way to have one email address receive notification from 2 different voice mailboxes? We use Lotus Notes.

What Release Call Pilot and what SU level? Also what version of Desktop are you running?

SU level? Are you asking for the voice mailbox Class of Service?

The SU is the Service Update/ patch level. I'm not sure this is going to be possible since you put your login credentials in when you launch your e-mail client.

You can use "email notification" or "message forwarding rule" to send notification from 2 different mailboxes. This will work because nether requires the Call Pilot desktop messaging to be installed on a users PC, thus no login is required. Email text notification requires no license but message forwarding does require a desktop license.
