I have a few users who were using CallPilot Desktop Messaging fine untill recently. I have no idea what has changed. Essentially MWI in the tray will indicate there are new messages but the are never downloaded.
We are using Outlook 2007 with Exchange 2007
BCM400 with the Avaya branded CallPilot 5.00.41112
Manually configuring as a IMAP account in Outlook will allow the messages to be downloaded. Ideally we would get the clent to work properly as our users would like to have the combined mailbox option. Doing so will convert the VM to a wav that can be listend to with a blackberry.
The one thing that seems out of place on my system is CPTrace keeps looking to another workstation on the network for syncroizartion. The line is red and reports the following:
"Synchronization handled by <workstaion-22>"
This workstation is on another subnet in another building. I have logged into this system in the past and we use roaming profiles. I am not sure if this is significant.
Any help would be appreciated.
