(I can't figure out why searching is not working for me on this site so this post is now in two places. Sorry.)
I have an agent that constantly crashes nmdcfm32.exe while listening to voice mail in CallPilot Desktop Messaging through Outlook 2003. The machine is completely up to date with Microsoft patches and is running version 2.50.6.17 of CDM. All agent machines are built the same and no one else has this issue.
Have only found one other reference to this issue anywhere on the internet and it is in thread798-1068765: CallPilot Desktop Messaging Issue - but it is old info.
We have tried reinstalling everything and even given the agent a completely new machine. No other unapproved software has been installed.
Any thoughts?
