CallPilot Desktop Messaging Issue

I recently, had to take our CallPilot, out of service. Before I took the CallPilot, out of service, users would send faxes, via Call Pilot Fax Messaging and receive a delivery notification. However, since taking the CallPilot out of service an bringing it back up, users can still send faxes and the faxes are reaching their destination but with no delivery notification.

Any ideas?
