CallPilot Desktop Messaging Issue

I am trying to play a message that was forwarded to me via desktop messaging. The cover message plays fine, but the forwarded message appears as an envelope with the description "CallPilot Message" in the message body (instead of a telephone with the description "voice message"), and when I click on it to play it, I get an error message:

nmdcfm32.exe has generated errors and will be closed by windows. You will need to restart the program. An error log has been created.

Any ideas?

Actually I had the customer upgrade their version of desktop messaging to 2.50.625 from version 2.50.617 and it FIXED the problem!!

HERE IS THE FIX:
Update your Microsoft Office Software. This problem only appears in Microsoft Outlook XP 2002, performing the office updates by going to and grabbing all the available updates, resolves the problem. We run accross this issue and the fix has always been the same, update.
