Sorry if this reposts, I've been looking for my original and can't find it.

The issue that I'm having is once I've installed the Desktop Messaging client on my system and input the CallPilot address... I try and add the client to my default mail profile and Windows throws out an error message saying that the client had a problem and had to close. The Application log in Event Viewer lists:

"Faulting application nmdcinst.exe, version 4.4.4.32, faulting module msvcrt.dll, version 7.0.2600.2180, fault address 0x000218ae."

And when opening CPTrace and then trying to add the client to the profile this is what is displayed in the trace window:

"09:37:11:825 - CallPilot 4.04.04.32, Copyright 1999-2007 Nortel
09:37:18:023 - nmdcinst: Install <USER CONTEXT>
09:37:18:038 - Adding CallPilot Desktop Messaging service to user email profiles
09:37:18:054 - AddServices
09:37:18:070 - CreateProfile
09:37:18:085 - CreateService"

Any help would be appreciated.
