We are running callpilot 4.0 desktop clients on all the laptops and attempted to upgrade to the 5.0 version. The install completly hangs the machine necessitating a power down to restart the pc. The install seems to be suspended but no matter how many attempts the machine will hang. Same thing happens when I try to uninstall from the control panel in order to try and start from the beginning. Can't seem to get rid of the client or complete the install.
All of our Peps are current on the callpilot server.
Does anyone have any insight into resolving this issue?
