We just upgraded to Callpilot 5.0 and are having issues with getting the Callpilot directory to show up. As a result we cannot send messages from desktop to phone only phone to phone.
1.) Open up Groupwise 7.0.2
2.) Select "New Callpilot Message"
3.) Callpilot player 5.00.41.10 comes up.
4.) Click on "To"
5.) All directories come up except for "Callpilot Directory."
This Callpilot server is not in a domain it is in a work group.
Even if selecting the Callpilot Directory icon directly all other directories show up except for Callpilot.
When using Mycallpilot the directory does show up
