CallPilot Desktop Fax page limit

Does anyone know the limit on the number of pages that you can receive in your desktop messaging. I can only receive a fax of 17 pages or less. Any pages over 17 will not come thru.

you have to raise the minutes of storage, more minutes = more pages. I'm sure there is something more technical than that, but i was running into this same trouble and raised the storage limit to resolve it. this is in a callpilot on option 11.
