Callpilot Desktop Client

I have a customer that uses desktop client. Until recently multiple users on one PC shared a common profile. Policy change has dictated that each user must signon with their own user ID. Now when a new user signs on and opens their Outlook I don't get the Callpilot login unless I run repair or modify setup. I have downloaded the latest client and created a msi install. During that creation process I chose the options to "Install to default Outlook profile". This has not resolved my issue either. The newest guide states that it will be installed to any Outlook profile that is currently on that machine. That does not appear to be the case either.

Any help would be appreciated.
 
You need to log in with each users credentials, install the desktop client for each, then you will be fine.
