CallPilot Desktop becomes default mail profile?

I've seen this twice with the same user, but haven't seen it anywhere else. For whatever reason, CallPilot Desktop Messaging becomes the default mail profile in Outlook 2010 (32-bit), and it screws up the user's Outlook. I know the user's not changing this himself. Anyone else seen this?
