CallPilot dead air 4.0

Getting dead air when trying to access CallPilot, check channels all idile, then seems to start up again, happening more frquently, just waiting for Vendor and thought i would ask.

have you logged into callpilot manager screen and checked ports, is elan up on switch??

If you mean ports/channels yes, all idile i can monitor and access Callpilot and see it seize channel, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn t, also checked CP TNs none disabled.
