CallPilot configuration

If you have to make an IP configuration change on the Network.
Where do you make the configuration change for the CallPilot Reporter.
Every other application is working.
CallPilot Reporter Offline.

I haven't had to do this but it should be fairly easy.

Change the IP on the network card of the CP Reporter server. Assuming it's a static IP...

If the CP server IP changed, make that adjustment on the manager/reporter login page. Unless your're using the server name..

Good Morning
I changed the IP on the network card of the CP Reporter server.
I can Ping both machines.
The Message Report is Printing.
Just not collecting data.
I have checked the OM.
I have rebooted the Server.

I did not change the IP on the netword card of the CP Reporter server.

Where do you make the change?
