Callpilot Clid missing

When i try to access mailbox it only says "1 new message"
but it doesnot says from which number and at what time it is sent.
Is there anything i can do without reinstalling callpilot.

Maybe mark the prompt on your mailbox "Name dialable by external callers" .

your on short prompts, reset that or use 7* for a list on mailbox commands.. play envelope is *2

i have a mailbox 4048.
when anybody calls to 4048 and if 4048 is busy then caller gets the prompt like "you have reached to mailbox , leave a message after the tone"

i think in this message it should say the name of mailbox but it is not saying that also.
