Callpilot cannot add mailbox 1

Hi,

I am using CallPilot Manager version 02.01.27.18 and i cannot add one extension number. I can add other numbers. I receive the error message:
Express User Add Failed
The following errors have occured:
Extension DN already exists.
Error code: 60601, 0, userextensiondn, 1

I have done a search but the extension is not there. I have restarted the services and rebooted the callpilot server. Any help would be extremely useful!

run an advance search and serch for under extension dn

Are you sure the DN isn't a Service directory number? because those don't show up in your search.
