Callpilot can not write message voice

Good day
I have a BCM 400 rls 3.6 I can not write message voice in the pilot call in the CCR Specifications shows me an error message 500 internal server error.
What can I do to solve this problem

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.

I understand it as when trying to access various screens in Callpilot, when clicking the respective button, it is returning 'Internal Server Error'.

From my experience, when I have seen this it usually indicates hard drive issues

Your choice, reboot the BCM, Load latest patches for BCM 3.6,still if not fixed upgrade your BCM to 4.0, load patches for 4.0.
