I have a client that cannot gain access to their CallPilot due to a loss of an IP address that they had on the computer network in the office. (They were using the GUI interface to access the Callpilot for programming)
How can I gain access to the system.
I have tried going in using a laptop through the 192.168.110.10 but I think that was changed so as to work on their office network.
Do you have to use the serial cable to access the unit through an hyperterminal session? If yes what is the serial cable I need?
I have power cycled the unit and it does not even show up when "F 985" is used to determine the port that it is on.
Is this unit totally pooched perhaps?
Any suggestions.
