CallPilot call volume report

Hello,
I don't have callpilot reporter installed. I just wanted to quickly see our usage for last week, and there are two reports that have differing outputs. I'm sure for good reason, I just don't know why, or which would be more accurate, assuming I just wanted to see how many calls came in and where they got routed to and assuming that all calls where handled by the CCR.

Does that mean that on Friday, 442 callers pressed "0", and 340 pressed "7", and that there were actually 823 separate calls in total? I understand that there may be some repeats in there and it doesn't have to be exact.

The other report, Port Usage/Call Handling, shows this:

Path 0 is the second part of the main greeting in Auto Attendant....where Greeting £1 is most likely the first part.
i.e:
Greeting 1 - Thank you for calling ABC
Path 0 - for Sales Press 1, Shipping press 2...etc

Since Path 0 (on Monday) is 442 and All calls is 431 I am guessing 11 people hung up or entered the ext number or Option number they already knew before Path 0 greeting kicked in.

You should post which Callpilot you have in future when posting....looks like 100 or 150.

Thank you! That makes sense. Sorry, I will give more info next time (FWIW it is a 100).

I'll just use the Port Usage/Call Handling report, then.
