Hi I am wondering if there is any way to keep a call type as external when a Callpilot transfers a call to en extension?

Do you mean for Distinctive ringing purposes?
If so, I think you can modify the DNs on the CallPilup TNs to give Distinctive ring by DN on calls it makes. In other words, you can set a DN to ring the sets it calls distinctively.
I've never done it to CP TNs, but I have done that on lots of sets. Like the Presidents phone - when he calls, your phone rings differently...etc.
