Callpilot Blind transfer?

I want callpilot to do a blind external tranfer to a cell phone. I can't find where you can change it or if you can change it at all. I'm having problems with calls going to vm and not returning answer supervision, so Callpilot instead of releasing the call comes back and says "your call can not be completed at this time try again later." The trunks in the system are ground start w/answer supervision from the c.o. The problem only occurs on vm calls, if the person answers the phone the call completes.

You can do a Blind Transfer off a CCR Path, but not from a Mbox. That requires Outbound Transfer, and a press of the digit, "7".
