Callpilot Backups

Hi guys interesting problem here, hope you can help...

I have a newly installed Callpilot Rls 4 with SU01 installed. Callpilot Manager has been updated and works fine except for one issue. Whenever you try to use the callpilot manager to shedule a backup or even go into the backup/restore portion, the callpilot returns a message of the object could not be found.

If you use the backup restore tool in start - programs - callpilot. the callpilot backs up fine to a remote disk.

Do i just need to uninstall the callpilot manager, reboot and then install the new one again and possibly reboot? or is there something else missing? have i possibly missed a pep?

that would be the path i would take, if my pep's level was clean.. other then a possible pep, your on target
