There appears to be a weekly backup in progress

Status: In Progress
Size Processed: 3.3GB
Total Size: 3.7 GB

Backing up: D:VS1V

Can not Cancel

Tried to reboot CallPilot
Closing Network Connections

It appears to be frozen

What are the consequences of reset the 201I ?
 
There can be many consequences in re-setting the CallPilot just like any other windows server. Corrupt data, etc BUT if you cannot talk to it at all it may be your only hope Make sure your have the administrator password for the server so you can get back in again. Maybe your tape is no good or the drive itself, but you need to get it working again (I assume it doesn't answer calls right now).

It's a phone system, NOT a clock!
