Callpilot Backup error

I created a share on a backupserver where CallPilot must backup to. I created a RemoteDisk device that includes an admin-account which can do anything on the backupserver.
I scheduled a backupjob with the RemoteDisk device.

But.... when i'm viewing the backup history the backup has failed due to the following error:

Error writing to tape, win32 rc=64, MAS rc=41827

I disabled the Qlogic QLA12160 device in the Device Manager.

Anyone else with this problem?

I thought you had to creat the admin acount in the REMOTE DISK Server with the SAME user name and password as the Admin account on the Callpilot...

did you map the folder in the callpilot? If so can you access it?
