Inherited a Nortel PBX with CallPilot server and need to verify the backup’s are running correctly. With CallPilot Admin tool V1.07 it looks like only individual mailboxes are being backed up according to the backup logfile & I cannot figure out how to submit a complete system backup of the 3 drives in backup manager. If I create a new schedule under the “backup definition” there are only vague descriptions / options to select. The help points me to entering a new entry into “the table” & for the life of me after going through all the doc cannot find where to configure this.
