callpilot back up is not happening

I am trying to take network backup for callpilot,but its not happening.

Getting error as below at the last.

DB backup successfully happened and at last throwing some errors.

151203 0409 - Database successfully stored.
151203 0409 - Item 'D:\Nortel\Database' has been backed up successfully.
151203 0442 - Error: Not enough quota is available to process this command.
151203 0442 - Writing file failed. The backup item
151203 0442 - Warning: Backup Item D:\VS1V failed.
151203 0442 - The backup item
151203 0443 - Item 'D:\VS1' has not been backed up due to failure (error: 41827).
151203 0443 - A fatal error (41827) occured during the backup. The backup operation will be cancelled.
151203 0443 - Item 'System Backup' has not been backed up due to failure (error: 41827).
151203 0443 - The backup of 'Full System Backup (CPPVM)' failed.

what it says, do i need to go for PEP installation.?

verify the network storage has enough space to store the backup
 
You will need at least 22.5 gig to back it up and if multiple copies are kept more than that. We use a 1 terabyte USB drive to back ours up.

It's a phone system, NOT a clock!
