CallPilot Audio player not working.

When using MyCallPilot to access messages and play the with the telset icon selected I get this message, “Destination is restricted or does not exist”
Worked early this week?

After finding a previous Thread, 798-1071992 in the “Nortel CS100 System Forum”, I checked our Desktop Messaging RPL and found that we had changed the RPL so that all digits were restricted. I re-modified the RPL for our number plan.
