CallPilot audio issues

I was wondering if anyone has had this or a similar problem. About once every 2 weeks our audio will be very garbled, it affects all voice messages and applications. We
have to reboot the server to correct it.

There is a PEP available from Nortel that resolves this issue .I don't have the exact PEP release - sorry .
