Hi,

I am trying to have a general company mailbox (100 for example) and also an individual mailbox for staff (300-305)
How can i set this up so that several users, say users 300,301,302,303 get a notification on their phone if there is messages in box 100, but can also have their own mailbox's.

i can assign them to 2 mailboxes as it says the extension already has a mailbox assigned. Is there other ways to notify of messages in a mailbox?

If you login to the general mailbox and set up the remote notification to extension. The system will ring an extension every time it receives a message.You could set it as 300 or whatever extension you want.
