CallPilot as IVR

I was wondering how do I find out if I can configure my CallPilot as an IVR?

I used AppBuilder to create an Application but I cannot get the Attendant console to forward to the number I set the application on.

CallPilot is not designed as an IVR product.

ld 15 NIT_DATA set the NIT1 to your voicemail number

CallPilot in the SDN table you need to assign 0 and any LDN on the console to terminate into the application you created.

console must be in night mode for this to forward. The 2250 console is not like a set and does not use forward no answer to reroute calls.

is there a way for calls to forward to the application if the person is on another call? or is night mode the only way to have it go there?
