Callpilot Application Sequence

I have two locked apps that I cannot access (app builder says)
" the system could not load the application from the server please check the connection and try again"

All other apps work fine but the sequence of numbers that appbuilder gives are now out of synch (its reissuing 1011 which is already used, although this is one of the locked applications) can I do anything without rebooting the server?......is there a database file I can administer?

i would think the only way to fix that problem is with a reboot fo the server
