Trying to transfer a call out of Application Builder to a CDN, but the call transfers to the next available acd agent (any agent that is logged into any acd queue). So the call isn't being controlled by the CDN. Yes the CDN is acquired in CC6, and the CDN DFDN is set to the correct ACD queue. I even tried creating a phantom that transfers to the CDN but I get the same results. Is it even possible to transfer a call out of Application Builder to a CDN?
