Hello, all!
Our phone system vendor upgraded us to version 4 of CallPilot with all current PEPs. We have applications built through Application Builder for our various voice menus.
The system was upgraded while the CallPilot client station had two of our apps open, and now the apps are locked.
Using Application Builder, if I attempt to open the apps, it asks if I want to open it even though it is locked. Saying yes is supposed to break the lock. If I say yes, it then errors out saying that "Error reading block field". If I continue past that, it says it says "Invalid block table", then "Invalid block", "Invalid header", then the application builder program just quits.
If I go back in, the lock is not broken and it says there is a recovery version. If I attempt to open the recovery version, it does exactly above. I am logging in as the same user that we have always used for CallPilot administration.
Apps that are not locked can be edited normally.
Am I boned here? Is there a way to get these unlocked so I can edit them properly? The apps DO FUNCTION properly on the switch, as one of them is our main menu. We just cannot edit them. I could recreate the apps easily, but I cannot delete the original applications because they are locked.
I tried connecting up with our old CallPilot client box, but it would not recognize the upgraded switch. Our phone vendor will not call us back regarding this issue, even though we've called a number of times. I would hope it is something simple, of course this is Nortel.
Thanks in advance for any help,
Mike
