CallPilot App bulider- telset recording time is too short

I have a CallPilot installed on an Opt61c 25.40b
When we try to edit our voice items through a telset using the Voice Item Maint SDN, our recording time is around 30 secs. That is way too short for our particular App.
We are recording in an announcement box if that makes a difference; don't know, but I thought I mention it.
I opened a ticket with Nortel on 4-20-2004, but the answer I got was that the Tech would have to "dig around" to find an answer. Today is 4-22-2004 and I have yet to hear from the Tech so I thought I would try the guys who really know how to work on this stuff. Any help would be great, Thanks.
 
I have the same issue... has Nortel provided an answer???
