Hi, can anybody explain the "in Use" title within callpilot application builder voice items. I have got mine set up for voice segments for CC6 IVR ports, some are showing in use yes and some show in use NO. I can understand if you were referencing the voice items from that particular application, they should show in use. But for IVR you don't reference any of the blocks in the application, i.e your front end application should be start - straight to end. It's the CC6 that references them. Help please
