CallPilot App Builder login

I've been trying to Login to Callpilot Application Builder, and I was told the password should be the same as your callpilot login but it keeps telling me "login failed. Please check log file and try again" Im lost right now. Any Help?

I suppose its a possiblity, but I just loaded yesterday and tried the password, and that was the first thing it gave me was that login failure.

Does the user ID have administrative rights class of service?
