CallPilot answers before AA can pickup

I have programmed an AA with a greeting (Grt #1) and a main menu with submenus in each of the four (4) categories in the prime menu.
Now the system answers after a half ring cycle with Grt #1 and then 'Silicon Sally' picks up from there stating with "Using the dial pad, please enter the extension you wish to call. To use the directory, press number sign to leave a message press *, to speak to an operator 0" Then if you wait the call gets transferred to VMB 221 at extension 221.
I have checked to see if any extensions, active and non-active, have CFNA on them and nothing is programmed to CF.
Any ideas on what is going on with my programming.

I think you mean AA Menu Prompt is playing rather than Greeting then CCR?, change it under Table...first option.

The greetings I have setup for Morning, afternoon, evening and non-business are all the same greeting; just to simplify the situation. "Grt 1" play and then silicon sally kicks in with the "Using the dial pad, please enter the extension you wish to call. To use the directory, ....." recording. If i wait long enough it transfers to mail box 221 and the greeting for that mail box plays.
The situation right now is that the system picks up on the first half ring cycle. I have the lines chosen correctly (Line 061, 062, 063, 064) Table 1, AA.
The problem aroe form a change that was made to the CCR earlier today when an extension was taken out of a "Path" in the CCR due to the employee no longer being at the business.
Could the CCR not be saved properly?

Make sure the attendant is available is ticked and answer lines is ticked too.

My answer is still the same.

If AA Menu Prompt is told to play it will then play....you need to change it from Y to N.

Also make sure that CCR Tree was re-enabled under Table as well.
In Table its DISABLE to disable and 1 to enable if its Tree 1 you want.

Ok I rebooted the entire system and it seems to be operating as programmed.
I checked F984 on a few sets and canceled it off each set I tried.
I am going to monitor it throughout the day.
