I have a CallPilot and I just created the SCB block with AID set to No. When I do this the Callpilot no longer answers? Any ideas? The reason I want to activate the SCB is to allow for the agent phones to get calls even when logged out ( Make Set Busy versus Logged out).

Do I need to activate AID?

thx

I think if you reboot CallPilot after the change those ports will log back in. I ran into this a few years back with an Octel voice mail and Meridian Mail. If memory serves correctly, I rebooted both of those and the ports logged back in.
