Callpilot and outbound transfers

Hello All,

I have configured my voice mail to transfer calls by pressing 7.

The only options that I have to configure trunks are;
None
Line
Pool
Route

I used Pool 9 for an outside line and callpilot says that the resources are not available at the moment. I tried with the routes and it does not work.!!
Is there something that I am missing.

It use to be simple with physical lines but now with the SIP trunks it sucks.

Have you given the active application DNs access to the proper line pool?
 
Yes I did give it acces to blocA and on all ports.
 
I did enable the outbound transfer in the callpilot.
I am using pools for this option.
Pool 9
My problem is that I am using SIP trunks and I find them pretty particular.
When I press 7 while greeting is tunning I get this message:
line/grp busy ?

If SIP I would make sure you have all the latest patches before going forward. That is what Ayava support would tell you.
 
I'm pretty sure you have to use routes and destination codes when using digital trunks or sip trunks. You shouldn't need anything other than access to the line pool, your destination code and number to make it work.
 
Do I have this correct
You access your regular lines by using Line Pool A and by dialing '9'?? You access your SIP (for LD) by dialing '7'??
Do you have PRI in use on your BCM?

Here is what I tried.
I used routes and I placed the number 9 in front of the telephone number. It worked!

It took me quite some time to understand the physical trunks and the SIP trunks especially in the system pool.
