Has anyone seen the following problem?
A BCM 400 Rls 4, whenever a user tries to record an alternate greeting on their mailbox the systems gives all the prompts and allows the user to record. However, on playback there is no recording only a distorted tone.
The main greeting works fine and messages can be left and recovered.
