Callpilot Administrators

I'm trying to allow some existing cp mailbox users partial admin rights.
I changed the user admin type to 'user w/ some admin rights'
I toggle user admin and mailbox class admin

How would these users log into callpilot manager?
It was my understanding that they would use their existing mailbox number and mailbox password.

They are not able to log into callpilot manager..

You are understanding correctly. When they access CP Manager, make sure they enter their mailbox, password, and in the server field on the login page, they need to specify the server name or IP address.
