CallPilot Admin Menus Missing

I have a BCM400 with 3.7 and most patches applied. All is working fine (voicemail, auto attendant, unified messaging), except I cannot make any changes to CallPilot options because most of the administrative menu options are missing.

I can log on to CallPilot Manager through the web interface without a problem, but I only have options for Call Center. I do not have all of the other standard options (such as mailbox administration, auto attendant, etc). The only things I have tried to do to correct the issue is restart (and power down) the system, and apply current patches. I have given the system more than sufficient time to recover (tried the interface over the course of several days).

I have never seen options simply disappear, and the system still work properly. Screen shots:

Ran into this once - try one of these two things:

Reset the system manager password through the telset (feature 985, 9, then enter the reset password, available in the docs).

If that doesn't work, click the check box that says "Prompt for new password", or something to that effect at the CallPilot login screen.

Can't use F983 in a BCM 1000/200/400, only the BCM 50.
