CallPilot / ACD phone / MCR /MWI

All,

We have a user with ACD on key 0 and MCR on keys 1 and 2.

How/can I get MWI to work against his MCR DN?

All advise appreciated.

I'll be anxious to hear a mind greater than mine weigh-in on this issue.

In the past (MerMail days) the MW light would not light on an MCR key or a multiple appearance SCR unless one of them appeared on key 0. It would work fine on any of the other keys so long as they were single appearance DNs. (We found this by accident when trying to use a Telecorp Products application)

Hope someone has a resolution or a good workaround.

Have you tried an XMWK key?

MPH - PBXpoweruser is right. I ran into this very scenario today. It's programmed on a key as XMWI xxxx yyyy, where xxxx is the main number for your voice mail, and yyyy is the number of the MWK VM box. Works great.
