It's possible to acces the F983 to change the company greeting and modify the greeting table by external line (backdoor)on CallPilot BCM 4.0 ?

you need to set-up a pswd for your system administrator mbox the 102 or 1002 depending on the dn lenght,so when you have a pswd in place call into your system press for ex. **1021234 and then press 99 and follow the prompts...

Ok, yes I'm able to record the company greeting but not the greeting table ... another idea ?

You can not modify the tables remotley unless your using EM either dial up or vpn.

However you can change the greeting and open and close the business remotley by calling in.
