Callpilot 600r fans stay on high

Has anyone had a Callpilot 600r and the fans stay running on high after reboot? Shortly after the restart, they kick down for a short period, then they run on high indefinitely. Its 5.0 and the SU02. I know Callpilot is up to SU11, I was wondering if any of the updates addressed this?
