CallPilot 600r - export audio

My mailbox is setup to forward new messages to email as wave. This works perfectly.
I need to forward a message from another mailbox to mine so I can get the wave, however all this is sending is the introduction not the actual message.
How would I mark the message as un-read or forward it in a manor that the actual message itself would send to email?

When I do this the original voice message is contained inside an attached email message.
So there is a wav file "introduction" from the person forwarding but there is also what appears to be an email attachment that has the original message as a wav file.
