Hello Everyone,
I noticed the the Volume Shadow Copy service is disabled on our box and is throwing errors, this was setup like this by our vendor is this normal?

It's disabled per a Nortel document... I don't recall which one, but our 600r has always had VSS disabled. I turned it on once to try a backup, and it caused some interesting delays with retrieving messages for users. Turned it back off.
